organizations, and schools to develop individual and organizational excellence. She has her coaching
certification in emotional intelligence and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and uses
appreciative inquiry along with other strengths-based approaches in her work. Carolyn is a co-owner
of MTC Associates, L.L.C., and has co-authored From Conflict to Collaboration, MTC Low
Ropes Course Facilitator's Manual, and Inspire Cooperation. |

adjunct instructor. She has several years of training experience and has a master's degree in
education from the University of Phoenix. She has written several training-related articles and has
authored an ASTD Infoline article entitled "Building an Internal Certification Program." |
