has been a Training Manager at DIRECTV, Inc. since October of 2004.
Much of her professional experience comes from work in call centers in
roles such as coaching, Quality, Recruiting and Training. She has been
a member of the ASTD North Alabama Chapter for over three years and
currently serves as chapter President.

Jennifer Starace, SPHR, is a Software Consultant for Visibility Software. Ms. Starace, a Hunstville native, holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Auburn University as well as a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). She has experience in the industries of Manufacturing, Government Subcontracting, Healthcare, Executive Recruitment, Publishing and Software. She is currently serving as President-Elect.

consultant with over 30 years experience in both the private and public
sectors. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University,

serving as the chapter treasurer. He is also a candidate for the CPLP
having passed the exam and submitted his work product. |

He has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and a BS degree in Psychology from Athens State University. His training expertise includes design and delivery of technical training and core skill training.
