Terry Hanna has worked as a training specialist and engineer in the manufacturing sector for the last 30 years. He has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and a BS degree in Psychology from Athens State University. His training expertise includes design and delivery of technical training and core skill training. Terry recently earned the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential from ASTD. |

Walt is an E-learning Specialist with Open Text. He has designed and developed enterprise-wide learning solutions for 12 years. Walt has been an active member of this chapter since 2008 and has served on the board as Communications Chair, Webmaster and Newsletter Editor. He currently serves as President-Elect. |

Melissa is a Human Capital Development Specialist with the Department of Army's Aviation and Missile Command. She has over 15 years of human capital development experience within both the government and private sector. She is certified in team management consulting through Miller/Howard Consulting, program facilitation through Franklin-Covey, Achieve Global, and Blanchard Situational Leadership. She is a certified process improvement instructor in Toyota Production System methodology, and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. She holds training certifications from Langevin Learning Services as a Certified Training Manager/Director and a Certified Instructional Designer/Developer. She has a Masters Degree in Education and an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management.

Lisa Logan Rich, PhD, was bred to understand the importance of education. She developed an interest in teaching early in life through the influence of her parents, both Community College educators, and her Granny, a retired high school business teacher. Dr. Rich has earned B.B.A and M.S. degrees from the University of Alabama and a PhD in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. Since 1992, Dr. Rich has eagerly taught Athens State University students and faculty a love of technology using a unique combination of education and professional experience coupled with a strong background in instructional technology. She has over nineteen years of proven experience in teaching and leading faculty and students in management information systems and computer science. Prior to entering academia, Dr. Rich had a successful ten year career in software development, training, marketing, and sales for corporations, government contractors, software and consulting firms. Her current passion is working with organizations to incorporate instructional technology into their training and development programs through her consulting practice, eTeachingIT LLC. |

Angela Walker has 13 years of experience in corporate staffing. In addition to her recruiting experience, she has been involved in designing and delivering training on a wide range of topics throughout her career. Angela has a degree in communications from The University of Alabama. She is also a Certified Targeted Selection Interviewer and has a certificate in HR Staffing and Selection from Cornell University. Angela avolunteers as a trainer with the Christian Women’s Jobs Corps of Madison County teaching resume writing and interviewing skills. She currently serves as the chapter’s Member-At-Large.

Franklin works with DIRECTV, Inc. as a Training Specialist II. He has been with DIRECTV since 2005. He has over 8 years of experiance in training, coaching, and human development. He has been a member of the ASTD North Alabama Chapter for over four years, and has supported ASTDNA in the past as Communications Chair and Programs Chair. He is currently serving as Webmaster.
