Our Chapter membership has a wealth of workplace learning knowledge built from years of work in different roles and industries.  A significant part of professional growth is sharing your knowledge with others so they can also grow.  If this sounds appealing, please consider contributing articles for our quarterly newsletter.  Here are the guidelines for contribution:

Submit your articles related to ASTD’s Areas of Expertise (AOE) defined in ASTD Competency Model and featured in the CPLP process.

• career planning and talent management
• coaching (the Coaching AOE has been satisfied and will be available again in January 2011)
• delivering training
• designing learning
• facilitating organizational change
• improving human performance
• managing the learning function
• managing organizational knowledge
• easuring and evaluating

Once an AOE has been satisfied (two articles per AOE per year), we can no longer accept submissions for that AOE for that calendar year. Each Chapter member may contribute 2 articles per year in any AOE.  Contributors may include a small company logo along with the article to promote their business to our membership.  Articles should be between 150-400 words.
