Join 13-year Disney veteran Pete Blank as he discusses some of the successes and failures of the Disney organization regarding change, process improvement and leadership. He will also share some secrets as to how YOU can implement some Disney MAGIC into your organization!

Pete Blank is the President of ATLAS (Alabama Training, Leadership, And Strategy)®, where he provides leadership training to corporate, college and church groups. He spent 13 years in a variety of roles at the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort. He is the current President of the Birmingham Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), and a co-author of YES YOU CAN! Reaching your Potential while achieving Greatness.

MIKE ARTELL | CARTOONING BASICS FOR ARTISTICALLY-CHALLENGED TRAINERS

Mike Artell, award-winning author, illustrator, TV cartoonist and musician, will share techniques for using simple visuals to communicate more clearly and capture the attention and interest of visual learners.

Mike teaches participants how to create their own unique visuals in real-time regardless of how “artistically challenged” they may be. Participants should only attend this workshop if they are prepared to LAUGH & LEARN.

Prior to his success as a children's book author and illustrator, Mike spent 13 years in a variety of high-technology sales and marketing positions with companies in California, Texas and Louisiana. Mike has a deep background in sales, marketing and technology as well as publishing.
